The two-room apartment is designed for families with 2 children or two couples of friends who want more space and freedom. Newly built, they are on the ground floor and develop on two floors. Apartments equipped with all the comforts. Guests also have access to the outdoor 1000 m2 swimming pool.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, an upstairs bedroom with a double bed, two bathrooms with a shower, double sofa bed, covered balcony or furnished patio.
The solution includes consumption of water, electricity, heating, air conditioning and also a final cleaning, a parking place for your car and free Wi-Fi in all apartments, the hotel hall and clubhouse. Free for you also the access to Bio pool during summer (open from 10.00 am. to 6.30 pm.). You will find a Courtesy line on arrival day in the bathroom (soap, shampoo, body lotion) bath linens, a first set of bed linens. The kitchen is furnished with dishes, pots, glasses, Kettle for coffee and tea and dishwasher. Kitchen linen is not furnished. Every 7 days you will have 1 cleaning and change of linens. The rate does not include daily cleaning and a city tax of €0.50 per person per day.
